Christian Năsulea
Executive Director at IES Europe
Christian Năsulea teaches Economics at the Department of International Relations and Universal
History at the Faculty of History of the University of Bucharest. He is the Executive Director of the
Institute for Economic Studies – Europe and a fellow of the Institute for Research in Economic and
Fiscal Issues. His areas of research interest include public policy and stimuli for economic
development, political and commercial negotiation in international relations, behavioural economics
and decision processes. In addition to his university work he is also a tech entrepreneur, developing
software and hardware solutions, but also learning resources for high school students who are
interested in economics.

Petar Ganev
Senior Research Fellow at IME
Petar Ganev is a senior researcher at the Institute for Market Economics (IME). Ganev is part of the team
IME for over 15 years. His interests are in the field of development and the economic cycle,
public finance and the role of the state, regional development, free markets and
inequality. He also studies the history of the Austrian School of Economics. Ganev is chairman of the
Since 2020 he has been a member of the Bulgarian Macroeconomic Association (BMA).
Member of the Supervisory Board of PFC Levski. Author of numerous articles on economic topics.
Responsible for the student initiatives of the IME.

Constantinos Saravakos
Head of Research at KEFiM
Constantinos Saravakos is a political scientist and Research Project Coordinator of KEFiM, EPICENTER’s Greek member think tank.
Constantinos is a member of the Greek Political Science Association and a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece. His main research interests include regulation, political economy (poverty, inequality and prosperity) and political parties (democracy, populism and political behaviour).
He holds an MA in Political Science and Sociology (Hons) and a BSc in Philosophy and History of Science from University of Athens. He has also received his MSc in Applied Economics and Administration from Panteion University.
